This Independent Day School for Girls in South London, is looking for a Teacher of Girls PE to cover maternity from April 2010.
The school offers a unique learning environment, offers a first class education for its students and is easily commutable from London, Surrey or Kent.
The post is to cover from Year 7 upwards, and you would need to be comfortable teaching Tennis, Netball, Swimming and Athletics. The school has well-resourced facilities to support and enhance the students learning experience at every stage. This includes a dedicated areas for sports, plus an indoor swimming pool and hard court tennis courts.
The schools buildings also have an impressive history, as the current school houses a past palace of the Archbishop of Canterbury. The palace comprises of a magnificent Great Hall, the Guard Room and the Chapel, all built in the 15th century.
