This Co-Educational Independent School for 470 day pupils and boarders requires 3 or 4 Sports Residents for the new school year beginning in September.

The successful candidates will have good playing and coaching experience in 2 of either Rugby, Hockey, Cricket, Athletics, and Netball and will assist the PE and coaching staff with lessons and extra curricular activities.

In addition to the salary the successful candidate will receive free accommodation (including bills), all meals and laundry. In addition the salary may be enhanced by additional boarding duties.

The school is set in a beautiful park, offering a stunning backdrop to the school. Extensive playing fields are joined by a heated indoor swimming pool, floodlit astroturf, numerous tennis courts and a fitness suite, helping to provide the pupils with many sporting and recreational opportunities.

This role is an ideal opportunity for a Sports Graduate to pick up some valuable experience working in a school setting. Perhaps the opportunity to try teaching first hand before committing to a PGCE or GTP, as the sports residents that have just finished their contracts have all been excepted onto PGCE courses.
